shipping & returns

This return policy is applicable to all products sold directly by Suve Jewellery and will not apply to any sales by third parties. Products may be returned for store credit only, and no cash refunds will be given in any circumstances.

Our return and exchange policy is however subject to the following:

​

(a) Items should be returned unused and with all tags still attached. Returns that are damaged may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer. Please inform our customer care department in the event any products are received by the customer without tags.

(b) Unidentified returns may be returned to the sender.

​

(c) All custom made or made to order orders are non-returnable.

​

(d) In case of any return/store-credit, all costs of shipping and handling must be borne by the customer.

​

(e) Sale items are not eligible for any form of returns or exchange. Majority of the times sale items are clearance / sample pieces and not brand new items. So wear and tear or minor damage is expected and these items are not returnable under any circumstances.
